ABOUT US
Coffee / Juice / Toast
To sum it up; we do coffee, well, we brew our specialty coffee using a La Marzocco Linea, and use the best quality milk and alternatives we can get our hands on. We do juice and wellness shots which are always fresh pressed and nutrient dense. We do protein shakes. And we do brunch, working with a nutritionist to come up with balanced options which we use a locally sourced sourdough bread and other organic ingredients. Health and simply quality is at the forefront of our aims.

We aim to be uncomplicated, and simply do what we do, but do it well.
THE COFFEE
Our specialty coffee comes from Asociación de Mujeres Caficultoras del Departmento (an all women conservation in Columbia) has notes of citrus, vanilla and guava, roasted in CB24, and is only prepared by our expertly trained baristas; trust us they’ve been through the ropes and our flat whites will not disappoint.

THE JUICE
Our juice is nutrient packed and just the pick me up you'll need on a Monday (or any day really) If you let us know how you're feeling we'll suggest the juice for you. whether you're feeling in need of a Nourished or it's an SOS day. Plus we'll be able to tell all the health benefits of each juice.

Also not to forget our protein Refuel and Rebuild shakes, made with MyProtien whey or vegan blend powder.
THE TOAST
Our bread is the Cambridge seeded sourdough loaf from none another than is (now if you're local to Cambridge theres no need for introductions) Fitzbillies, if you're not local you'll just have to trust us.
They are family run and have been baking in Cambridge for over 100 years.

We’re committed to delivering good honest quality products with majority of our produce (not so humble brag) locally sourced.
We have all of our nutrition info and ingredients available - we’re also watching our macros. They are all available to view on our instagram highlights, and is also displayed on our menu boards in store. Our aim is we want to stay as transparent as possible with you all.

All of our packaging is either compostable or recyclable, we always endeavour to do our bit and just a little more, we want to make sustainability as easy as we possibly can for our customers (more on this on our sourcing page). Unless you BYO cup; in which case you'll receive 20 pence off your order.

Our milk is slowly pasteurised, unhomogenised and produced by free range Guernsey cows over at The Estate Dairy click to find out more.

As for our alternatives; we have 2 rules, always free and always the best quality. We use Oatly Barista Oat & Alpro Professional Coconut. However if you'd like to see another option just give us a shout.
For us, this isn’t just brewing coffee and making juice. This is an active life mission to bring our customers the most flavorful full-bodied health packed beverages we can get our hands on.
